I registered for the DBS update service but can't find my Certificate Number, what do I do?

We need the DBS Certificate number from the DBS that you applied for through Newday provided in order for us to check your record with the update service, as part of the team form. If you cannot find this information you can look on the Government website at https://secure.crbonline.gov.uk/crsc/subscriber where you all be able to enter your Update Service ID (found in your email confirmation from the Disclosure and Barring Service) and date of birth and see the details of your Certificate. Newday DOES NOT hold this information, so you will need to provide it.
