We require all team members to complete a DBS through Newday every three years, even if they hold a DBS with a different organisation. If you completed a Newday DBS in 2024 or 2025, or have a Newday DBS registered with the Update Service from a prior year, you won't need to complete a new DBS.
If it is your first time serving you will need to apply for a new DBS through Newday. The DBS costs £15. This is added to your booking as an 'extra' when getting your Team Member ticket. Find the full process for this at https://www.newdaygeneration.org/festival/be-on-team/dbs-process
DBS are only available for UK residents, if you have an international address please arrange for a local police check instead.
