Troubleshooting Church Leader References

To provide a reference for a team member to serve at Newday you must be a church leader or in a position of responsibility within the church that the team member currently attends.


If you have received an email from us asking you to provide a reference you should be able to click on the link and do so.


If for any reason this isn't working or suggests you have no references to complete at this time, the most common problem is the account used to log in.


The account logged into solid rock and the email address provided by the team member must match. Often browsers will have remembered old log in details.


Either create an account and log in with the details provided by the team member or email us on bookings@newdaygeneration.org and ask for your email address to be swapped to the one you hold a solid rock account with.
