What is the One Team?

One Team is what we call all of our volunteers who serve the event centrally. We used to call this 'Servers', but we've changed our language to better align to our vision. 

At Newday, we are One Team, regardless of the roles we are playing around site: we may be making milkshakes, marshalling traffic, cleaning loos, making sandwiches or leading worship; but we are all doing it to play our part in making the event happen and to serve the next generation.

We want to be a team who play together as one, so when one area needs a little help we are always ready to pitch in and support!
