If, in the unlikely event, that Newday needs to be cancelled due to Government Restrictions being put in place as a result of Covid-19 or you are unable to attend due to completing the recommended self-isolation from receiving a positive Covid-19 test result, we will transfer your tickets for free to a future event, or offer the chance to have your ticket refunded (minus the £15 cancellation fee, and any booking and payment processing fees, usually a few pounds on each ticket depending on payment type). We may ask for proof of a positive test result in the case of requesting a refund.
If you choose to cancel your booking because you do not wish to attend due to Covid-19, or for any other reason related to Covid-19 which is not due to completing the recommended Self-Isolation, your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation terms and conditions.
