Group Coordinators may arrive onsite from 12.00pm on Sunday 30th July 2022 and may bring a small team (no more than 10% of the total group size) with them to help.
The site will still be in the process of being set up, so there will be limited access to facilities and you will need to take extra caution moving around site. Delegates should not be brought to site on Sunday and children under 12 should only be brought if absolutely necessary, for safety reasons. If any under 18s are onsite they must be supervised at all times.
